HOW MUCH DO CLASSES COST?
Our introductory classes are $25 per person, per class and our "Blacklist" classes are $28 per person, per class. Each class includes: clay, firing, use to tools and equipment, glazes and instruction.
DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE TO TAKE AN INTRODUCTION CLASS?
No experience is needed to take our introductory classes. During a class we will walk you through the basic steps of sculpting and wheel throwing.
WHEN DO I COME BACK FOR MY NEXT CLASS?
Please allow two weeks in between classes to allow enough time for drying and firing so that you are able to complete your next steps. You are welcome to schedule classes sooner than two weeks to start new pieces, however your other pieces may not be ready for the next steps before the two week period.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO CLASS?
You don't need to bring anything to class with you. We provide the clay, glazes and use of tools and equipment. If you have tools you prefer to use, you are welcome to bring them along.
ARE MY PIECES FOOD SAFE?
Yes, all glazes used in the studio are food safe. Pieces are also dishwasher and microwave safe.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CLAY TO CLASS?
Please contact the studio prior to bringing your own clay so that we can be sure that the clay aligns with our firing temperatures. Additional firing charges may apply.
I MISSED MY CLASS, CAN I TRANSFER TO ANOTHER CLASS?
We will not transfer your class without prior notice given. We often have a wait list for our classes and given 48 hour notice PRIOR to the class we can switch your class and fill your space.
WHAT CONE DOES THE STUDIO FIRE TO?
We fire to cone 6.
HOW LONG WILL THE STUDIO HOLD MY PIECE?
The studio will keep pieces (30) days in each stage, after your last class.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS FOR A GROUP?
Yes, we do offer private classes upon instructor availability. Please send us an email for any inquiries.
